Mallmann's Grill

Francis Mallmann is an acclaimed Argentinian celebrity chef and restaurateur known for his open-fire cooking and uncommon character. He partnered with Best Made Company, an upscale USA retailer, to create Mallmann's Grill. This grill uses either wood or charcoal in its ventilated firebox and offers two cooktop options — a plancha style flat top and a grated grill. The cooktops can be adjusted to different heights above the flame for varied temperatures and can be double-stacked for an expanded workspace. Foods can be hung from the overhead rack, and the grill is designed to reach temperatures up to 750°F. It is made from steel in Argentina, and it can be fully broken down for easier movement and storage.
